EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH
HANA KIMI!!!! Seriously. Go watch on either youtube or crunchyroll or just wait for Channel U to broadcast this series. The best Taiwan drama I've watched. Sooooo many eyecandies. Ella is so cute, Wu Zun darn handsome, but Tang Yu Zhe and
JIRO are OMG the CUTEST. Sighhh how come many hamsum guys in one show?!! Can watch until nosebleed. HAHAHA, kidding. Found
Jiro's blog and
Wu Zun's blog. Heh. But really la, see Jiro's blog pictures can nosebleed LOL. But Wu Zun's blog more interesting to read, that's also because he has English translation so easier to read. So sad only 15 episodes, I only finished 10 because the series haven't ended in Taiwan.
Talking about Hana Kimi, I'm going to learn JAP! YES, signed up for basic jap classes. Muahaha. Unbelievable right. Starting in Feb. Don't know how it's going to be, hmm, hope its fun. And I'm going to Bangkok the day after tomorrow, woohoo. And I BETTER get a job after I come back. Feel so guilty spending my parents' money. Hope HPB calls me soon. -fingers crossed- So sad I can't start immediately, everyone seems to want immediate starters -.- can't they wait till Feb?!
Oh yeah, on a random note I watched King and The Clown. Total gay-ness and Lee Junki's just like a girl in there, darn pretty somemore. But it's pretty interesting show, heh. Find that nowadays more and more shows seem to promote gay-ness, even Hana Kimi -.-

I find that I'm updating here even lesser now when I'm so free, than during the critical A'Level period. Such an irony. When we are so caught up in studies and work, we feel like slacking, and now when we've got so much time to rest and slack, we feel like working. At least that's how I feel now. Been falling sick now and again, and now I have this horrible cough with phlegm choking up my windpipe it's hard to sleep and breathe.
Anyway, it's pretty hard for me to find a job now anyway since they are all looking for immediate starters, and I'm going off to Bangkok next Wednesday to Sat. LOL. Could have gotten this CPF job at Tampines building with Ho Ying, but in the end heard the job was cheap labour and exploitative. Slaves for the govt. -.- But so much for being thrifty and all. I'm going to work my butt off from Feb to April before I leave for US and Canada to visit my brother. (YES!!!! At last) I want to visit the Niagara Falls.. the NY Times Square and the bustling cities.. the themeparks and Disneyworld.. So I hope to get the SGH job with Lydia when I come back from BKK! Actually I've always wanted to work in a hospital, to experience the worklives of nurses and doctors like in Greys' Anatomy LOL. But of course there wouldn't be as many scandals, haa.
Argh, my computer is being such a nuisance these days. It keeps flickering and changing color, so now I can't really see what I'm typing so pardon any typing errors if there are any. Been spending alot of time with my mom these days and loving it. Haven't been spending time with her when she was working and I having the Alevels, so this is the best time to just hang out and talk talk talk. :D Our conversations can be quite interesting sometimes.
Oh yeah, yesterday I watched
Pan's Labyrinth with Lydia! Wow, it was a really amazing movie, no wonder critics gave it 5 stars and it won Best Foreign Film. Though it was in Spanish all the way, I still could immerse myself into the story anyway. Kudos to the young actress. Everyone should go catch it if they love fantasies like LOTR. Pretty dark and violent, but it balanced out with a good ending :) The movie only lasted 1hour plus though, left me and Lydia wanting to watch more movies. Next up, Illusionist? Heh.
And I'm also addicted to Naruto and Bleach, sigh! And this darn computer is giving me withdrawal symptoms because I can't watch them now! Oh well, shall rent DVDs later, ha. And I watched finish the Kdrama My Girl. A hilarious and super duper sweet series. Reminds me a lil of Samsoon. And I officially love Lee Jun Ki now. HAHA. Don't know who's he? Go check it out yourself :P

Muse concert experience described in 2 words:
AMAZING, -LY DANGEROUS. When we reached there at 530pm (the concert starts at 8pm), there was a super-duper long queue already. Almost 6500 people packed into Fort Canning Part = HAVOC. Screaming, jumping, pushing, trampling, body surfing, sweaty and inconsiderate people.. OMG. My handphone main button actually came off. -.- But Muse was FANTASTIC, performed my favourites such as Starlight, Hurricane and Butterflies (the piano by Matt Bellamy was AMAZING, ahhh), New Born, Time Is Running Out, Stockholm Syndrome (that song is ringing in my head still)... Just that the mike was quite muffled so half the time we only heard screaming and shrieking from the crowd and the guitars and bass. And it was GREAT to see Cheow Joo and Shimin again! :) Pretty girls. Haha. Ok! Here goes the best pictures I could take of Muse with my lousy handphone, heh.
Before dark..
Matt Bellamy on the piano!
Thought this picture was the BEST. Good lighting, Bellamy in the middle looking like a star.. :DAll in all, the $87 was worth it. But now I can't hear properly for the next few days. MUSE PLEASE COME BACK SOON!
And oh yeah, the previous day I had stomach flu. :( So couldn't go Siti's chalet.. like !!! So wasted. Nvm, going to meet up with them soon with DES!!! She finally returns from Indo and Aussie.. :) Can't wait, heh.
/EDIT
Ok, am now suffering from post-Muse syndrome and fever. Arghh. Someone save me. Ok, shall listen to more Stockholm Syndrome.

Oh gosh... I can't believe I'm
19!!! Old woman already. -sulks-
But anyway thanks to
EVERYONE who made my 19th birthday a
BLAST and it was definitely a very special and memorable one for me; albeit the simple but super duper sweet SMS-es after 12 midnight.. those who specially called to wish me a Happy Birthday.. and the wonderful people who travelled all the way down to Simei (my place) for the BBQ!! :D :D :D I still can't imagine Cheryl coming down from BOON LAY. Ok anyway, special thanks to those who came!!
Siti, Ho Ying, Amaria, Cheryl, Phyllis, Tiffany Su, Sabrina, May, and last but definitely not least, my BELOVED HOTBEANS (you know who you are).
LOVE YOU ALL! It felt like a huge reunion, haha. I guess I just fulfilled my 2007 resolution no. 6! And also, my
FANTABULOUS Mum and
Dad who helped me so much in the cooking and preparations for the BBQ; words cannot describe how fortunate I am to have my parents.
And
THANK GOD for keeping the rain away for the whole evening!! It seemed like a miracle considering that the past day had been raining cats and dogs and the weather forecast predicted rain too. Haha, God works in the most amazing ways. Without further ado, here are some pictures..
Thanks to Lydia's GREAT photography skills! (she must be flying now..)
EVERYONE! :D
Never received so many presents in one go before @_@
And they bought me SUSPENDERS!!!! AHHHHH! :D
